Our goal is to source our produce from local farms throughout Alabama, and to make a variety of kimchi by what is available by the season.
Small Batch
Our kimchi will be sold by 16oz only in degassing bags with a valve included to continue the fermentation process after it arrives to your fridge.
Traditional Roots
I hold countless memories of watching the women in my family come together every winter to make kimchi. Every batch is made with a recipe shared by my mother.
